Giordi Frederick
Giordi Frederick is a piano technician with a two part background consisting of training as a piano technician, as well as lifelong training as a concert pianist. He completed his Bachelors of Music, focus in piano performance, while undergoing an apprenticeship with John Jones, a former piano technician of Bösendorfer. As a performer, Mr. Frederick is highly demanding of the instruments he uses, and applies the same standards to each piano he services; never willing to stop until he has brought an instrument to the highest level its design and construction will allow. Tuning alone does not a piano make. The three pillared relationship between tuning, voicing, and regulation is what truly separates a well maintained instrument from a neglected one, and compromise is not to be accepted.
Will Frederick
Will Frederick, the younger of the two brothers, recently began his own apprenticeship in 2018, primarily studying under his older brother while also learning from John Jones, the technician who trained Giordi. Will is not yet fully involved in the business as he is busily occupied completing his studies at UNT, but he is well on his way to becoming a very impressive technician, and his craftsmanship with intricate design and detail is something to be envied by technicians of all levels of experience.
